Fox Gears provides gear cutting services for parts up to 7” diameter. This includes spur and helical external gears as well as splines, worms and worm wheels.

We provide a variety of gear tooth related services including hobbing, deburring and complete gear inspection.

We are well suited for volumes from 1 to 100,000+ pieces. Our automatically loaded hobbers and CNC analytical inspection machines are ideal for medium to long production runs.
