Cate Machine & Welding is located in Belleville, WI (just south of Madison). We're a third generation family business with 48 dedicated and hard working employees.

We started out as a small repair shop in 1970 and expanded into various industries throughout time. We still do repair work but it is a small part of our business. With our ability to do machining, welding, fabrication, and powder coating in-house we have become a good source for products that require one or more of those capabilities.

Because of our background with repair work and our large customer base touching so many different sectors, we are very knowledgeable in applications of various materials. We reach out to customers if we see an alternative method of manufacturing that will save money or increase quality.
