Johnson Enterprises, established in 2006, was expanded and reorganized as Johnson Enterprises-Johnson Wash Systems, LLC in January 2013. Our goal is to pursue service and sales opportunities to fill the unmet needs of heavy wash equipment customers world-wide. The characteristics that set JWS apart from competitors are led by the knowledge and industry experience of VP Joseph Barge. RFM Inc is a small (15) manufacturing company in Michigan.  We have manufactured indexable cutting tools for all industries over 30 years and have many cutting edge capabilities.

In machinery we have new 5 axis and 8 axis capabilities.  In software we can build or utilize solid models and can virtually (Vericut) machine and inspect your product.

Printed Circuit Board Assembly:

Precision Solutions works with our customers early in the design phase to ensure cost-effective printed circuit board design solutions and assemblies optimized for manufacturability. Precision Solutions process controls consistently produce the highest possible quality assemblies.

Our ISO 9001-2008 certified manufacturing facility is equipped with automated solder paste stencil machines, Sanyo (0.0201 to 26mm) and Panasonic (0402 to 50mm fine pitch) SMD, GSM (.0603 to Quad Flat Pack and BGA) pick/place machines, RoHS and non-RoHS (dedicated RoHS wave solder) solder capabilities, conformal coating (silicone and acrylic), final inspection systems, in-circuit and flying probe test equipment as well as job specific functional testing.

Our assembly capabilities include electro-mechanical, electrical and box-build assembly by highly skilled and trained personnel. Burn-in chambers and custom functional testers ensure the best out the door quality. Our facility is 2500 sq.ft. 300 sq.ft. for inspection and 1200 sq.ft. of office space and our employees have experience ranging from maintenance andmachine and repair to precision complex parts and assemblies.
We work with materials such as tool steel, titanium, aluminum, brass-bronze, copper and elknite.

Specializing in prototype machining, production (short &/or long run orders), complex and 3D machining, E.D.M. capabilities of both wire & conventional machining, mechanical subassembly & assembly work. The experience and resources available in our facility aide in keeping our pricing reasonable without sacrificing quality and/or delivery.
