Crutcher Mfg. is a machine shop located in Cooksville, IL. We offer 15+ years experience in production, one off parts, tooling, fixtures, fabrication and job shop services. As a determined company, our specialty is CNC machining with value added services such as fabrication, grinding, MIG and TIG welding, fixture design, CAD design and CNC programming.  Aluminum, cold and hot rolled steel, and tool steels are the materials we are familiar with. Our facility is climate controlled and clean. In house, we have two CNC Mills with 64” of X travel, CNC Lathe, Fully automatic mitering band saw, knee mill, engine lathe, surface grinder, drill presses, vertical band saw, TIG/MIG welders, pipe bender, and other various machines.

Regular inspection tooling and access to CMM equipment allows Crutcher Mfg., to provide top quality products and inspection reports are always available. We provide extensive knowledge in the machining business and are willing to work the time it takes to get our customer’s orders complete ON TIME with the BEST QUALITY. Additionally, we have experience in tooling and fixtures. We currently serve a customer in the racing industry designing and engineering many parts.
