We are a custom job shop specializing in photochemical machining (photo etching) precision metal components for a wide variety of industrial, medical, electronic and optical applications.  We produce a broad array of parts from circuit board heat sinks, optical coating fixtures, masks, semiconductor leadframes, to a long list of applications in RF and microwave transmission/antenna devices as well as board- and chip-level elements, as well as a host of EMI/RFI shielding devices and a wide range of industrial medical, optical and  mechanical components.  Everything we produce is to a customers' drawings.

Photo etching is a versatile fabrication process that fits in the spectrum that includes stamping, punching, die- cutting, laser, water jet, wire EDM, spring and multi-slide work.  The process is effective for quantities from handfuls to tens of thousands.  Phototools are inexpensive, generally under $300, and can be produced in two days or less.  We routinely work in metal gauges from .001"" to .050"" and up to .080"" in aluminum.  Although etching is our core business, we also provide value-added services including forming, welding, heat treating and finishing as may be required.

Photo etching is often the start-up solution for prototyping and pre-production for applications that are destined for stamping.  We have long term customers that will run upwards of 100,000 parts by etching before the changeover to stamping.  We also work with spring and stamping houses to etch flat blanks during the period that tooling is in development.
We have experience with optical tooling as well as masks and optical coating fixtures.
