Value added services include: - Make and Hold programs for 100% On Time Delivery with very short Lead Times (whether from our USA facility, or from our China Facilities). - Northfield offers USA materials, with USA machining (close tolerance work), and short lead times; OR, we offer China materials, with USA machining, and short lead times; OR we offer China materials, with machining in China, with short lead times. We can also offer Container-direct programs for the lowest possible costs. - Northfield offers welding and/or assembling of multiple components into one part or sub-assembly. - Northfield will provide heat-treating, plating, or coatings. - 99% of our customer base is made up of long term customers. - We have many customers who would be willing to serve as references - please ask and we will provide the customer and contact information. We would like to develop a long term business relationship with several new customers. This would include making parts on a repetitive supply arrangement with a forecast, and a stocking program for short lead time delivery. We would like to be included on the development and quoting of new component parts, as well as having the opportunity to work on lowering the costs for existing parts that fit our capabilities.
