The company’s substantial manufacturing capabilities are supported also by approved quality assurance systems that conform to MIL-I-45208A. On-site quality control procedures are implemented by means of a well-trained staff of quality technicians and inspectors, who employ appropriate testing instruments and a comprehensive library of pertinent specifications and procedures.

A fully equipped tooling fabrication shop also supports CMT, Inc.’s fabrication operations which include; hydroform blocks, check fixtures, drill fixtures, extrusion stretch form dies and sheet stretch form dies. In addition, a state of the art, bar code based, fully integrated ""Enterprise Computing System"" controls and monitors all aspects of CMT’s production operations. The system includes software modules devoted to accounting, order processing, engineering work orders, shop floor control, job tracking and inventory control – among other functions. This capable system also provides detailed, real time job status information for both internal control and rapid response to customer information requests.
