Aurora Quickturn offers a 50,000sq facility dedicated to rapid prototyping, full-service manufacturing, precision machining, engineering and design, and even fulfillment. Our team consists of engineers and machinists with 20+ years of experience. With over 34 machining centers including Swiss mills, CNC machining centers, EDM, 3D printing capability (metal and plastic), and water jet tables we are able to manufacture almost everything. High quality demands rigorous standards. To meet them, we engage in a full range of testing, certification, and qualification support that includes the study of multiple relevant factors. We also have capabilities to sterilize, package, and ship all items to you or your customers.

We are a true family operated business. we have myself, my wife, our daughter, and when the need arises, my daughter's boyfriend to run our CNC machine shop.

We offer the customer a very personal interaction. If a change needs made to the parts design we can alter it quickly to minimize delays in delivery.

Our daughter started out running production at the age of 14 and she still is the most productive when it comes to production. Her record is 109 parts in one hour with a cycle time of 27sec/part.

We can do one-off parts or production runs.

In the past we produced and sold finished assemblies on our own retail website.

We routinely ran 2000 parts / week.
