Located in the greater St. Louis, MO area Level 8 LLC is a specialty shop dedicated to the difficult to produce machined parts. With our 9-axis turn-mill we can acommodate parts up to 3"" in diameter with little to no fixturing costs. In addition to our turn-mill we are also equipped with standard 3 axis milling capabilities. Level 8 also includes a high quality painting service primarily serving the needs of the custom firearms community.

Level 8 uses an efficient, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to CNC machine and turn your custom engineered metal and plastic components. We can handle difficult 3D surfaces and 5 axis milling. We work directly from your CAD data (IGES, STEP, DXF, SLD) or drawings if no data is available. We can also provide engineering and programming services for your own parts through Solidworks and Gibbscam if that is required.

In addition to our in house capabilities we have a time tested array of sub-contractors to handle almost any plating, or heat treating.
