We are a precision machining company with cnc machining capabilities looking to grow as our customers grow. We are a family ran company with 14 years of experience in design, and manufacturing of various parts and assemblies. We offer cnc turning and multi axis milling on aluminum, brass,steel, stainless steel, and plastics. To accommodate the machining of parts we also provide capability for small assembly of projects. We can handle prototype to production quantity orders, producing highly cosmetic parts while maintaining the precision tolerance your parts need. Our engineering/programming manager has 14 years experience in the trade with an associates degree in manufacturing technology. His experience includes programming with surfcam, part maker, featurecam. Operation experience includes multi axis lathes, 4 axis vertical milling, horizontial milling, along with swiss type machining centers. This experience has helped us expand our capabilities to better serve our customer requirements. We are family run business, with a high attention to detail and have a very high level of production for the size of company we are. We have long term working relationships with our current customers and we are searching to add to our long term customer base. We can run 1 or 100,000 pcs. Machining of die castings, aluminum and magnesium and aluminum bar stock, is our specialties. With a broad range of equipment, 10 vertical CNC's ranging in working sizes from 20""x16"" to 50""x20"", 2 of them are high speed machines, 6 rotary tables, Robodrill 27""x16"", w/pallet changer, SL20 lathe w/barfeeder, we can accommodate many types and volumes of machining.
