Precision Sheet Metal and Custom Steel Fabrication

Drawn shells, deep drawn shells, progressive stampings, eyelets, covers, gaskets and blind setting rivet bodies, have been supplied by us to high volume customers internationally for over 50 years. 

We work in all alloys with a particular expertise in stainless steel. Capabilities range from flat part stampings to drawn shells over 3 inches in depth. Parts can be supplied to your print with required secondary operations that include plating and heat treating processes.

Custom Eyelets are manufactured on both straight sided progressive presses and eyelet transfer machines from all types of materials; brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel to a customer's specifications.

Progressive Stampings which are either flat or shallow drawn are made in our progressive press room on straight sided presses. Very high volume orders can be made three or 5 at a time thus saving on fabrication costs. All typical manufacturing materials are used. This production area has its own tool room to support production.

Drawn Shells are made on our eyelet transfer machinery, all to customers' specifications. Although we specialize in stainless steel, we fabricate from all types of materials. This area also has its own separate tool room to support production.
