My 20+ years as a manufacturing engineer in a machine shop environment has given me experience with the designing of tooling fixtures for machining, inspection process, and assembly. I have designed complex hydraulic and pneumatic tooling fixtures. In addition I have experience with metal wafer carriers, vacuum wands, and wafer handling/processing equipment for the wafer plating industry.
