JDL Engraving & More is a capable manufacture located in Sanford, Florida which is just north of Orlando. We can engrave many different material types. Day to day operation is controlled by Jeff Lewis, who has an engineering background, and many years in manufacturing environment related the aerospace, automotive, defense, and filtration industry.

Engraving operations is performed with three different lasers.

CO2 Laser

To handle organic material such as wood, rubber, acrylics, canvas, glass, leather, or coatings., we acquired a dual laser machine which houses a 130 watt CO2 and a 30 Watt RF laser. The RF laser allows a higher dpi for better detailed images. The dual CO2 laser has a 52" wide by any length capability with a 36x52 enclosed work space.

Fiber Laser

For you metal engraving and marking needs our 50 watt fiber laser can handle with ease.
