-We are in business over 30 years and each employee has over 30 years experience in specialized custom machining. -Industries served include recreational equipment, medical components, packaging, casting and wire extruding repair parts, and a variety of specialized manufacturers. -Our primary business is supplyingnew or replacement parts for manufacturers. We design any needed fixturing for production drilling or milling of large quantity parts. -We machine any and all materials except glass and carbide. -We have Mil-spec vendors for any required plating or finishes needed. -Our shop is a combination of conventional and CNC milling, turning, grinding and secondary finishing equipment for any needed process. We have any necessary measuring and gauging equipment plus a climate controlled CMM room. -We have MIL-I-45208 quality control, and are working toward ISO certification. -Our main customers have been with us over 20 years. They like a person answering the phone, and talking to the owner about better ways of designing their parts. -References are available. -We are looking for a few new customers who wish to build a long term relationship.
