Founded in 1992, BRD exports equipment to four continents and supplies over 4,000 replacement parts spanning 4 product lines and 15 machines.

CSM is a family-owned and operated business that has grown from a three-car garage to now operating out of 26,000 square feet of manufacturing, fabrication, and warehouse space. The company was started in 1990 by Jack Craver, Jr. who was a tradesman and teacher of sheet metal. The Topeka-based business has grown steadily in the last 28 years, bringing on a total of 47 employees. 

Leading the company is Jack Craver as president, his wife Carolyn who is responsible for accounting and serves as the company Secretary/Treasurer. Son, Eric, began working for CSM in high school, attended Washburn University, and has since completed his Plumber and Pipefitter apprenticeship and HVAC certifications. He now serves as the company’s CEO. Jackie joined her family after obtaining her BBA in accounting and finance at Washburn University, and now holds the position of COO. Jackie’s husband, Brian Gerhardt started in 2008 in the HVAC division, and now serves as the company’s Service Manager. Together the family strives to hire dedicated and skilled employees who are also artisans in their field.
