Saturn Tool & Die Company was established in 1978. Our goal at Saturn Tool & Die Co. is to provide you, the customer, with top quality tooling and machine work on time and at a competitive price. We have done quality work for agricultural implement, home appliance, automotive, and construction industries. We will do the same for you when given the opportunity. We employ 8 skilled employees in our 15,000-sq. ft. facility located in Waterloo, Iowa, just two miles east of the Waterloo Airport.

Our specialized Rigging Division can handle difficult rigging projects from one piece to entire plant relocation.  Our core of highly skilled personnel operate forklifts with capacities to 50 ton and hydraulic gantry systems to 800 ton.

IFMI also has the capability to transport all types of items ranging from pallets to loads that require specialized handling, trailers and/or off-road transportation requirements.  IFMI is also equipped to provide all phases of millwright services which included systems fabrication, assembly and installation with laser leveling capabilities. 

The Custom Fabricated Structures are the ultimate in steel and fabric covered buildings. Because of their faster construction, strength, versatility, natural light and reduced costs, tension fabric covered buildings provide an attractive alternative to conventional wood or steel structures.  They are designed to provide maximum usable space at a lower cost per sq ft along with no columns or poles to interfere with your interior plans.  They can be moved, disassembled or sold if no longer needed.  Available in any width, up to 200' and to any length, offers faster construction, strength, versatility, natural light and reduced costs.  No harsh sounds of sleet or rain pelting a roof. Self cleaning, maintains shape does not shrink, swell, warp, rust or rot away.  Several options are available along with financing.  All buildings are manufactured in the USA and come with manufacturer warranties. 

We offer inside and outside warehousing.  IFMI owns a 147,000 square feet of heated manufacturing and warehousing facility on fourteen acres of land in northeast Iowa.
